About the Company
Pirata Transportation Services Inc. is a 100% Owner Operator company that was established in 2017 to provide shippers and receivers with a quality, professional, reliable and safe source for their on time freight shipping needs.
We currently only service the dry van freight market, but look forward to expanding into the reefer, flatbed and dump truck market in the near future. We also offer dispatch services where we negotiate with brokers and shippers on behalf of independent carriers and fleet owners for high-paying freight. This allows them to make money effortlessly, while we handle the stringent day to day operations to produce revenue.
We are always looking for Owner Operators to become part of the Pirata Transportation Services family. As a valued member of our team, we will provide you with the support needed to achieve success in a highly competitive and demanding industry.
Requirements
No DUI
CB Radio
Clean MVR
Class A CDL license
At Least 23 Years Old
No Major Traffic Violations
NO SAP or Drug Test Refusals
Able to Pass a DOT Physical
Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
3 Years Min. OTR Tractor Trailer Experience
Ability to Read, Write & Speak English
Must Have LLC & Business Account "Can help Obtain"

1. Adhere to D.O.T. rules and regulations.
2. Demonstration of professional driving habits at all times.
3. Prompt reporting of mechanical defects and accidents to the company.
4. Must be able to take instruction and guidance from dispatch and management.
5. Ensure all document and billing paperwork is available with each shipment.
6. Maintain a clean truck appearance daily.
7. Show respect, courtesy and consideration towards colleagues and customers.
8. Maintain proper driving logs according to Federal, State and DOT regulations.
9. Complete daily pre and post-trip inspections on equipment.
10. Make pickup and delivery appointments on time, all the time.
